Stacy Welmaker
Treasurer (elected, non-Board member)
Stacy has a BA in Accounting from Siena College and works in the accounting field in Saratoga Springs. Stacy was elected Treasurer in 2006.
She is the mother of four children: Mary Ellen (stillborn at 28 weeks for no medically discernible reason), Erik, Nathan, and Kendall; and she is stepmother to Jacob.
