Request Assistance

Angel Names Association is a non-profit, 501(C)(3) charitable organization dedicated to assisting U.S. families of stillborn children (20 weeks+ gestation) through programs designed to provide financial assistance for end-of-life expenses and counseling services. If your situation does not fall within our guidelines, we may be able to direct you to an organization that can. Please contact us at mgmosca@msn.com.

To ensure eligibility for ANA's SEOLE or GRASP program:

1. Please email us before completing the Request for Assistance Form at mgmosca@msn.com

2. If Request for Assistance is approved, funding is given to the service provider, not to families directly.

3. Inform the provider (i.e. funeral home) you are applying for assistance through Angel Names Association.

4. Remember, ANA does not reimburse families for previously paid expenses.
