How ANA Uses Your Donation

All donations are used to fund ANA programs. ANA is made up entirely of volunteers and there is no paid staff, so your donation goes directly to the programs that assist families of stillborn children.

ANA Reporting Requirements

Because its annual budget is less than $25,000, ANA is not currently required to file Form 990 with the New York State Charities Bureau. ANA does file an annual exemption form, and a copy of this form may be obtained, on request, from ANA or from the New York State Attorney General's Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271.

Donations and Tax Deductions

Upon receipt, we will send you a letter confirming your donation. ANA is a 501(c)(3) organization, your donation is tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

Confidentiality

ANA protects the confidentiality of its donors and does not share donor information with any other organization. ANA recognizes its donors, and those in whose memory the donation was made, in its newsletter. Only names are listed, and donors may request to remain anonymous.
